Looking back, I've realised that every major chapter of my life began with uncertainty. Leaving the familiar was never easy. Whether it was changing careers, starting a business, or facing personal setbacks, I never had the full picture. More often than not, it felt like walking through a thick fog. The interesting thing about fog is this: it rarely lets you see the whole journey. It only lets you see the next few steps. For many years, I found that frustrating. I wanted certainty. I wanted guarantees. I wanted to know that every decision would work out. Life doesn't work that way.

We live in a world where everyone seems to have an opinion. Open your phone, and someone is telling you how to be happier, richer, healthier, or more successful. Advice is everywhere. Listening, however, is becoming rare. Over the years, I've come to realise that many people don't come looking for answers straight away. They come because they're carrying something that's been weighing on their mind, and they simply need someone to hear them out.
